Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Strategic Growth

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring AI and digital strategies align with business goals.

Develop and expand client accounts by identifying growth opportunities and providing tailored solutions.

Lead client presentations, workshops, and roadmap discussions, translating technical capabilities into business impact.

AI & Digital Transformation Engagements

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement AI-powered solutions, including LLMs, generative AI, and automation.

Guide clients through AI adoption, cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure), and performance optimization strategies.

Ensure seamless integration of AI-driven features like chatbots, predictive analytics, and intelligent search experiences.

Project & Stakeholder Management

Oversee the end-to-end execution of enterprise AI and digital transformation projects.

Manage project scope, budget, and risk while ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and execution.

Performance & Business Impact

Drive data-backed decision-making, ensuring AI implementations are optimized for business value.

Utilize performance monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana) to track impact and refine solutions.

Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for long-term success

Qualifications

Technical & Business Skills

Client Engagement & Strategy: Experience managing enterprise-level AI or digital transformation projects.

AI & Data Understanding: Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, NLP, and AI-driven analytics to drive business value.

Cloud & Infrastructure: Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure and API-driven integrations.

Project Management: Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Jira, and stakeholder management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders.

Soft Skills
