VPP-77 - GenAI / ML Program Manager

• Lead GenAI and ML initiatives from discovery through deployment, adoption, and optimization; manage program plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder communications; translate business goals into AI use cases, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Partner with business and tech leaders to prioritize and deliver AI initiatives; define outcomes and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to executives; align cross-functional teams on scope and priorities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with requirements; guide discussions on LLMs, RAG, APIs, data pipelines, and deployment; track readiness across data, infrastructure, testing, and production.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including privacy, security, and compliance; maintain controls, documentation, and approval processes; work with legal and security to mitigate risks.
• Maintain governance, reporting, and escalation processes; identify and resolve risks and dependencies; facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and decision-making forums.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle (discovery through deployment, monitoring, and optimization).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise governance, privacy, security, risk, and responsible AI.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, structure complex work, and drive execution.

• Experience delivering GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, agentic workflows, AI copilots, chatbots, document intelligence, or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum, SAFe, Product Management, Cloud, Data, or AI-related certifications are a plus.
