Who You’ll Work With

Design, implement, and monitor security controls across our environment while ensuring compliance with relevant financial industry regulations and frameworks. Serve as a key partner to IT, risk, and business teams to embed security best practices across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, platform engineers, and client-facing teams to design, build, and deploy large language model-powered solutions.
• You will collaborate across disciplines to translate business problems into scalable AI systems that deliver measurable impact.
• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based applications using state-of-the-art models and frameworks
• Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete AI architectures and technical solutions
• Build prompt strategies, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and evaluation frameworks
• Optimize model performance, cost, latency, and reliability in production environments
• Partner with product and client teams to ensure solutions are aligned with real-world use cases
• Contribute to internal best practices, tooling, and AI governance standards

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience with Python and modern ML/AI frameworks,
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs in production environments,
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and cloud-native architectures,
• Ability to reason clearly about trade-offs, risks, and system design,
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with non-technical stakeholders

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search,
• Familiarity with model evaluation, observability, and prompt testing frameworks,
• Experience deploying AI systems in regulated or enterprise environments
