We are seeking an LLM Engineer to design, adapt, and deploy production-grade large language model solutions. This role focuses on fine-tuning and prompting strategies, building and optimizing RAG pipelines, integrating LLMs into backend systems, and ensuring reliability, performance, cost efficiency, and safety at scale.

Who You’ll Work With

You will collaborate with a team of skilled professionals, including data scientists and software engineers, focusing on the development of advanced backend systems and Generative AI applications. This role reports to the engineering manager and involves close partnership with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of reliable, business-ready solutions.

What You’ll Do

• 5+ years of experience in Python programming and backend development.
• Proficiency in SQL and Bash scripting.
• Strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
• Experience with data science and machine learning, including feature engineering and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.

What You’ll Bring

• Develop and maintain production-grade backend systems and Generative AI applications.
• Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Orchestrate machine learning models for optimal performance.
• Create and optimize scalable APIs to support business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing frameworks.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, asynchronous programming in Python, and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of MLOps tools and infrastructure, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS services, such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and SageMaker.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and model monitoring techniques.
